Through that experience, we saw where real synergy exists—and where misalignment consistently creates delays, cost overruns, and unnecessary complexity. We also learned which partners, processes, and approaches reliably deliver results when timelines are tight and expectations are high.
The firm was created to bring those lessons together into a single advisory model—one focused on coordination, clarity, and accountability at the moments that matter most: moves, expansions, and workplace transitions.
The Covey Group operates as an independent workplace strategy advisory. We do not sell products or act as a traditional dealer. Instead, we represent our clients’ interests, assemble the right project teams, and coordinate trusted partners across furniture, technology, and specialty trades. Product sales, contracting, and execution are handled by those partners, while we remain accountable for alignment and outcomes.
