The Covey Group was formed after decades of experience across commercial furniture, technology, and workplace delivery within the broader CRE ecosystem.
Through that experience, we identified where alignment drives performance and where misalignment creates delays, cost overruns, and unnecessary complexity. We saw firsthand which partners, structures, and decisions consistently deliver results when timelines are tight and expectations are high.
The firm was built to consolidate those lessons into a single advisory model focused on coordination, clarity, and accountability during the moments that matter most: moves, expansions, and workplace transitions.
The Covey Group operates as an independent strategic advisor. We do not transact products or function as a traditional dealer. Instead, we represent our clients’ interests, assemble the right project teams, and coordinate trusted partners across furniture, infrastructure, and specialty trades. Contracting and fulfillment are executed by those partners while we remain accountable for alignment and outcomes.
